  4. Gas on karein.uspe kadai chada de.kadai hit ho jaye to usme oil dale.oil hit ho jaye to mixer kiya hua fish ek_2 kar ke oil me dale.aur usko dono side me golden brown hone tak fry kar le. Esi tarh sare peace ko fry kar ke nikal le.
  5. Uske baad kadai me oil dale.oil hit ho jaye to us fenugreek dale.fenugreek Lal ho jaye to usme paste dal de.paste ke sath hi salt,turmeric powder,tameto aur baric kta hua soya leave bhi dal de.
  6. Aur usko golden brown hone tak bhune..jab masala oil chhodne lage tb usme water dale.jab grevi pak jaye tb usme fry kiya hua fish dal de.aur usko 5_10m ke liye dhak de.
  7. Fish achhe se grevi me bhin jaye to baric Kta hua coriander leaves dal ke gas off kar de.
  8. Fish curry is ready. Isko garam_ farm roti ke sath serve karein.
