- Now add shallots and garlic and tomato and saute for few minutes
- Add needed salt and add tamarind water and let it cook for ten minutes
- Lastly add the slightly fried fish and cook for five to eight minutes.then switch off the stove.
- Add few coriander leaves and serve.
