- Marinade the fish with 1/2 teaspoon salt and a pinch turmeric powder. Heat oil in a pan and fry fish until they are golden brown in colour.

- Now add the onion paste and fry it for 6 - 7 minutes, then add ginger paste and chopped garlic, stir constantly until raw smell goes off.
- Then add all spices powder mix well and add tomato puree.
- Now add the cashew paste mix yogurt and mix well. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
- It's time to add 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil. When it comes to a boil add fish pieces and cook for 5 minutes by covering the pan.
- Once the gravy is nicely thick add fresh cream mix well and switch off the flame. And sprinkle the garam masala powder mix well.
