- In a bowl mix the gram flour with the spices and salt. Add water and using a spatula stir till it forms a smooth batter. Add the finely chopped coriander.
- Add in the fish fillet and mix till well coated
- Heat the oil and once hot add in the coated fish fillet and fry
- When it turns into a nice brown colour. Remove from oil
- Chop the onion and tomatoes into very small pieces. In a separate bowl mix the two and add the hot and sweet sauce.mix well. Add chillie powder
- Dice the lemon and plate
