  9. 1 tsp black pepper
  10. 5-6 whole red chilli ๐ŸŒถ

  14. 3-4 green chillies
  15. 7-8 garlic cloves
  16. 1 inch ginger
  17. 1 star anise
  18. 2 cardamons
  19. 1 inch cinnamon stick
  20. 2-3 cloves
  21. 3 tbsp oil

  1. Grind all ingredients and marinate fish for at least half an hour.
  2. Heat oil add bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon stick and curry leaves Let it splutter
  3. Now add marinated fish with all masala. Cook for 2 minutes and remove fish pieces into the plate and keep aside
  4. Now add coconut milk, rice and water as needed. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes. When it's done
  5. Add fishes on top and cook on low flame with close lid for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Your fish pulao is ready to serve
